| Haver?s on 156th and West Center have been my mechanics for the last few years and I?m glad I was referred to them. They are honest and fairly priced. I?ve never left their shop with my car feeling like I?ve paid for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. In fact, when I first started taking my Volvo to Haver?s there were at least a handful of times they told me the repairs the dealership said I needed I didn?t actually need. I truly appreciate their honesty. |

| I like the new system that you use for banking appointments explaining what you need to have done prompt response for the request requested date and time. Also the gals in the office, great customer service and appreciate the not having to walk down the slope to get a car. It?s up top side for me when I come in on my walker.. Also explaining to me in detail why the battery prices were much much different than yours prior also calling me to give me an estimate on the charges yeah much appreciated |

| 4 1/2 You have great customer service and I appreciate you going out of the way to bring the loaner car up cause I can?t get down the hill and then for the gallon in the office to pull my car out for me when I couldn?t get into it. And also the mechanic who came out and took it off oil 100% and put it back on the speedometer. I have no idea even owning that car as long as I have how it works.. |

| The check up and oil change was awesome. I appreciated receiving a call on the items found to have a problem and an estimate that was right on. I appreciated the early morning time frame. Everyone was cordial and I like the location since I moved to Omaha and did not know where to take my vehicle. |
